Déchi-tech Mobile has been offering on-site confidential document shredding services for businesses and individuals since 1995! Founded by Serge Desmarais, Déchi-tech Mobile is now operated by his son Francis and accompanied by his brothers-in-law Sylvain and Martin.

We want to continue improving our service offering for businesses and prioritize confidentiality challenges in the coming years. We are a young company and we want Déchi-tech Mobile to be the preferred solution for all businesses in the region!

At Déchi-tech Mobile, respecting and protecting our clients' information is paramount. That's why all employees undergo background checks, including criminal record checks, conducted by an external investigation firm. Furthermore, during client visits, Déchi-tech Mobile employees wear uniforms and are clearly identified. They work respectfully, respecting your work environment and avoiding disruption to your operations. Please also note that all employees have signed a confidentiality agreement.

Fast and secure technology

Our shredding equipment is state-of-the-art and can destroy up to 150 archive boxes per hour. The cross-cut shredding process prevents the reconstruction of destroyed documents. Furthermore, our equipment is fully automated, minimizing document handling by our staff. You can also witness the destruction of your confidential documents and observe the process via our surveillance cameras.

Our simple and effective process!

At Déchi-tech Mobile, we believe in providing a simple and hassle-free service. Our pricing is per box, with no hidden fees and no environmental or fuel surcharges. It's important to us that our clients understand the costs of our service from the outset. We also provide a clear and detailed invoice and certificate of destruction after each visit.

Here is an overview of the collection process carried out at our clients' locations.

1. A call or email is received at our offices. (Calendar service also available)
2. We will answer your questions and provide you with a quote for your shredding project.
3. Once approved, we will propose dates for shredding.
4. On the day of the appointment, a mobile shredding unit will arrive at your offices. (A technician may call you before our arrival.)
5. A technician calculates the number of boxes and performs the shredding on site in our truck.
6. At the end of the process, the technician will give you your certificate of destruction and the invoice will be sent to you by email in the following days.
7. The destroyed documents are sent to a recovery center for confetti recycling.
